Goldie’s Bagels, a beloved local Jewish bakery nestled in downtown Columbia, has earned a reputation as a warm and inviting culinary haven. What I Did: My group’s analysis of Goldie’s Bagels revealed customer concerns about long wait times and sell-outs due to the bakery’s immense popularity. In response, we proposed an online order-ahead system through the website to streamline the process and reduce wait times. Additionally, we suggested implementing a loyalty program to gamify the experience, encouraging more frequent visits and fostering a stronger connection between Goldie’s and its customers. These strategies aimed to address customer concerns and enhance overall satisfaction.
